ELLIAH HEIFETZ

is a first-generation American songwriter, composer, and recording artist. Born to political refugees from the Soviet Union, Heifetz learned to channel his experiences through poetry and music, studying literature at Yale. He soon began writing music for New York stages and major label pop projects, winning international awards and working with Hollywood and Broadway talent. Now, he still does that, but he also plays his folk and country songs throughout the United States. Heifetz's writing has been heard on radio stations around the country, on network television soundtracks, and over 700,000 times online.

"Reminds me of truly classic folkies like Dylan and Seeger. We don’t throw that around much, so when we do it the sound is deserving. Heifetz is the genuine article.”
